Our History
Sharp Property Management was launched in 1997 with a few existing businesses and newly constructed buildings in southwestern Sydney area engaging us for cleaning of their premises on a regular basis.
In 1998, some larger establishments including ITW Polymers, a leading Australian manufacturing company, appointed us as their cleaning solutions partner.
A major expansion of Sharp Property Management started in 1999 with Australian Wool Handlers (Entire wool auction premises, warehouse and offices), Elders, Schute Bell Badgery Lumby, Landmark Pty Ltd., among others, retaining us for ongoing maintenance of their properties.
With the dawn of the new millennium, we continued to expand and in 2002, Royal Botanical Gardens in the City of Sydney entered our purview with Amcor Aerosol, presently Jamestrong Pty Ltd, joining us the following year.
From 2004 to 2016 our client list in the Sydney Metropolitan Area and the wider NSW state grew exponentially with a number of leading firms such as Bevchain Logistics(Linfox), Zumtobell Australia, IPD Group, Carter Holt Harvey presently Oji Fibre, Austral Wire Products, Htachi Transport, etc., signing service contracts with us.
In early 2017, we began Sharp Property Management expansion into Victoria with operations commencing at Midwich Australia and Bevchain (Linfox) Logistics in Melbourne.

In addition to the training already mentioned, the Sharp Property Management team has successfully completed the accredited greenRclean™ training. This training course teaches participants how to train cleaning staff in green cleaning practices. It includes a package of induction training resources for each participant, tailored to your organisation’s cleaning products and procedures.
